My On-Demand Program is a simple, flexible way to stay consistent without the commitment of 1:1 coaching.

Choose the focus that fits your current goals—Core, Strength, or Mobility—and get instant access to three workouts with video tutorials and progress tracking. You can complete them on your own schedule, repeat them as often as you like, and even switch to a different track at any time.


This program is affordable because it does not include coaching or personalized guidance from me inside the app. But you’ll still enjoy all the helpful features inside Trainerize, including:

  • Progress tracking

  • A workout calendar

  • Goal-setting tools

  • Exercise demos and clear instructions

ONE on ONE

One-on-One In-Home Personal Training

 

This is my most hands-on, personalized coaching experience.

 

With one-on-one in-home training, I come to you — bringing small equipment, expert guidance, and a fully customized plan built around your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

We start with a complete movement and posture assessment so I can see how you move, where you’re strong, and where your body needs support. From there, I design a program specifically for you — whether your goal is strength, fat loss, mobility, confidence, or simply feeling better in your body.

 

Each session is focused on:

  • Teaching proper form and safe movement patterns

  • Progressively building strength with the right exercises for you

  • Reducing injury risk and joint pain

  • Creating workouts that feel challenging but sustainable

 

I bring the equipment.
I guide every rep.
You get a professional, structured workout in the comfort of your own home.

 

This service is ideal if you want:

  • Personalized attention and real-time coaching

  • Help getting started or getting back into exercise

  • A private, convenient, and supportive training environment

 

In-home training can also be paired with one of my online coaching programs to give you both in-person guidance and structured workouts between sessions.
